My animation "The Whale's Spurt and Other Stories" addresses an innocent sexuality.  This work highlights the use of play to communicate fantasies while still maintaining the mask of the child-like.  These inanimate "toys" become animate vehicles for overtly sexual fiction and narrative.  The toy is thus, the key to an interior world of deep-seated fantasy governed by the pleasure principle.
