My current work has become a multifaceted practise that explores a frenetic lifestyle and culture. I make drawings inspired by TV shows, newspaper articles, conversations and the social politics of everyday interactions. I make performances and documents that investigate routines and structures, these works give new perspectives to normal or unsighted aspects of life. I am currently working on a film that looks at ancestry and the story of one relative who was involved in the American gold rush... DS, Aug 07
